— The brief —

Built to the strictest aviation rules — so your local rules are already covered.

The FLYSTACK stack is engineered against EASA and FAA aviation rules from day one. When the equipment arrives in your country, you're not retrofitting a system to meet local law — you're operating one that already does. Pyrotechnic firing systems, geofence containment, redundant comms, abort logic, and ballistic safety envelopes: all built to the rules that govern the strictest civil airspace in the world.

How we keep shows safe

Six systems, working before a drone leaves the case.

Safety isn't a checklist we run at the venue — it's designed into the hardware, the software, and the procedure.

EASA & FAA by design

The stack is engineered against the strictest civil-airspace rules from day one — so when the equipment lands in your country, it already meets local law instead of being retrofitted to it.

Geofence containment

Every show flies inside a hard 3D geofence. Aircraft physically cannot cross the boundary — breach attempts trigger an immediate, controlled response.

Redundant comms

Multiple independent command links per fleet. Lose one channel and control hands over seamlessly to the next — no single point of failure between operator and air.

Abort & return logic

Loss of link, low battery, or out-of-envelope state each map to a deterministic action: hold, return-to-home, or controlled descent — decided in software, not in the moment.

Ballistic safety envelopes

Crowd lines, no-fly buffers, and ballistic fall-zones are modelled before a single drone leaves the case, and verified against the venue and the wind on the day.

Certified pyrotechnic firing

Drone-mounted pyro runs on redundant firing systems with timecode arming, independent safety interlocks, and full separation between flight and ignition logic.

Detect. Contain. Abort. Report.

Every failure mode has a pre-decided answer — so the response is deterministic, not improvised.

01

Detect

Continuous telemetry on every airframe — position, battery, link health, attitude — streamed to the operator in real time.

02

Contain

An out-of-bounds or anomalous state is caught by the geofence and envelope logic before it can propagate to the rest of the fleet.

03

Abort

The affected aircraft executes its pre-assigned safe action — hold, return, or controlled land — while the show continues uninterrupted.

04

Report

Every event is logged. Post-show, we reconstruct the timeline and feed findings back into procedures and software.
